Your local account manager can manage this request, or we can integrate our computer system directly with yours to give you consignment status.
Q. Can RH manage other services apart from road freight?
Yes we have a team of experts that manage air, sea, warehousing and logistics. Each team specializes in there product and service.
Q. How do I get an account with RH?
Contact the local RH branch and speak to a Freight Account Manager, they will process your application to enable you to get an account. This process should take less than one hour from your application being received.

350,000 consignments per annum and growing year on year.

You local account manager will contact you and confirm to you when goods have been delivered.

Q. Can you carry Hazardous Cargo?
Yes, RH Freight can cater for most of all your Hazardous shipments (Please see attached list) With fully Hazardous aware staff from your local Freight Account Manager to the driver charged with the collection, you can be sure that your freight will be dealt with in the most professional manner.
Q. Are there any surcharges?
Yes there are extra costs for the transportation of Hazardous shipments, prices of which are dependant on the destination of the consignment. Costs are available from you local Freight Account Manager.
Q. How long will it take to deliver my goods?
RH Freight produce a transit map which is a comprehensive guide to our standard delivery schedules including imports aswell as exports, which we will be happy to supply you with. Please contact your local RH Freight Branch for details.
Q. What happens if you damage my freight?
